Jason's first pop-up restaurant

I've been thinking what to write about today....there are so many things happening at the moment it seems. Next weekend my husband Jason is doing his first pop-up restaurant 'One Night Stand'.

The event will take place at Nil N°6 in Hamburg. He will cook a 6 course Menu for 20 invited guests. I will post some pictures of the food and the atmosphere here to show you what it was like. So fingers crossed all goes well, the diners will enjoy the night and the food will be delicious which I'm pretty sure of. I may be biased but I think he is one hell of a chef.

On a completely different matter....and for all fashion lovers out there...today Heidi was wearing her new hat from Mini Rodini and she rocked the playground. I love the hat!

This weekend Heidi stayed with my parents. One of my best friends was in town and we arranged for a dinner party with friends. My husband is a chef from #New York and #London and since we relocated from London works at http://www.restaurant-nil.de/. He had to work and so we decided to eat at the restaurant. He even found the time to say hi and chat for a few minutes. As a wife of a chef these are very rare and special moments.

The food was delicious and we were treated to some additional courses which made the experience a little extra special. I only took a picture of the main which was Goulash cooked by my talented husband Jason.

Thanks to my amazing parents I could sleep in the next day. This was such a treat! And today I spent hanging out with friends and what can I say....it was so great. Although, I miss my little girl and think about her all the time. But tomorrow she will be back and I wil long for the next time my parents take her for a couple of days.

I am a mum to my beautiful daughter Heidi. She's my little angel but as most parents know just too well, she can also be a little devil sometimes. Here I will share some of our ups and downs and I hope you can relate.

This is Heidi....

The last few days she was not feeling well and we had a bit of a rough ride. But today was only half as bad as yesterday, so tomorrow she will be her usual happy self again. Let's hope for the best...until soon.
